What is a contact?
+Each person or organisation's details you want to store will have a contact record. infoodle only counts contacts that are active. You can archive contacts so they are not counted but retain all of their data.
Do you integrate with 3rd party apps?
+Yes, we have a number of integrations available such as Xero.
Do you have a charity rate, we are a small charity?
+All our clients are charities, so our published rate is our charity rate. We work to keep our costs manageable for small and larger organisations.
How long does it take to set up?
+You can start with one of our default templates, then import your data and you are ready to go. We’d suggest a day is good, a week is better to ensure you learn and understand the power of the tool you have taken on.
What are the setup costs?
+Often you can do this yourself at no cost. If you want to utilise our professional services to assist you through this then let us know and we can discuss our fees.
How much does support cost?
+We provide email and phone support as well as weekly online training sessions all as part of your subscription. We can provide private training and professional services. Have a chat with us about those.
What if I add more contacts than the contacts in my subscription?
+You have the opportunity to change your subscription, archive, or delete contacts. infoodle won’t stop while you grow.
Is the trial limited in any way?
+We encourage the use of the 14 day trial, which contains all the features of infoodle and fully operational. There is a limit of 50 emails that can be sent though.
Will I lose my work when I go from trial to a paid site?
+No. You will be just activating the billing aspect of the site to ensure you have ongoing use of it.
How long am I committed to.
+You pay for what you want to use. Pay a month or a year to choose how long you want to use infoodle for.
Is my data safe?
+We spend a significant amount of time and resources ensuring the data is stored and managed safely and securely. We actively maintain the infrastructure and software to ensure it’s protected, backed up, and available to just your organisation.
